Iron and Steel Company, GECOL form joint technical committee.

The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) has formed a joint technical committee with the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, during an expanded meeting held between officials of the two companies.

During the meeting, a number of technical issues related to the iron power plant were discussed, in addition to the role of the joint committee in communicating with the control room of the Electricity Company, according to the company’s statement on its Facebook page.

A field visit to the iron power plant was also conducted to follow up on its operational status.
