Brega Oil Marketing Company, confirmed that fuel is available in all of the company’s warehouses, adding that supply operations are proceeding at a normal pace.
The company said that the stations are suffering, as a direct result of overloads on the system, due to power outages for many hours, noting that despite the availability of the company’s sources of energy inside most of the stations, the demand is extremely high, due to the high summer temperatures in the country, which causes high usage of electricity in both commercial and residential buildings.
The Oil Company further explained that this is a major cause of severe congestion at most stations and appealed to all citizens to act responsibly in the situation, in order to avoid the circumstances which originally led to such crisis.
