Japan discusses reopening its embassy in Tripoli

The Director of the General Directorate for the Protection of Diplomatic Missions, Wissam Bin Jamea met on Wednesday, with thqe Chargé d’Affairs of the Japanese Embassy in Libya, Masaki Amadera, the Special Coordinator for Libya and the Security Officer at the Embassy.

During the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the General Administration for the Protection of Diplomatic Missions, the two sides discussed the reopening of the Japanese embassy in the capital, Tripoli, in addition to the security coordination to visit Libyan cities.

Amadera expressed his pleasure at being in the capital, Tripoli, praising all the efforts made by the General Administration to protect diplomatic missions in protecting and securing the premises of embassies and diplomatic missions.
