The Head of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce in Egypt, Ibrahim Al-Arabi, confirmed that a delegation of Egyptian businessmen is prepared to visit Libya sometime between June and July of this year.

The reason for the visit hinges on the discussion of Egypt’s participation in the reconstruction file and to increase trade exchange with Libya generally.

Al-Arabi, in a press statement, praised the signing of several agreements between the Libyan and Egyptian governments, in order to strengthen bilateral cooperation between both countries.

He stressed that one of the signed MoUs relates to the organizing of the return of Egyptian workers to Libya in order to contribute and partake in the reconstruction and development of various projects in Libya.
