Labour Ministry opens Training center in Tarhuona to support job seekers

Minister of Labour Mahdi Al-Amin on Tuesday inaugurated a job training centre in Tarhuona, intending to support job seekers and women, in addition to training people with disabilities.

The opening ceremony took place in the presence of the MP of Tarhouna, the city’s mayor, the head of the Women Empowerment Office in the Presidential Council, and the Director of the Human Resources Office.

In a speech on the occasion, the Minister of Labour greeted women on their international day which coincided with the event, and saluted mothers and wives of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland.

On the sidelines of the opening ceremony, the minister toured Al-Zaytoonah University, which hosts the Training and Development Centre and the comprehensive vocational institute HQ in the city.
