The Tunisian Minister of Transport, Moez Chakchouk, announced a new schedule in resumption of flights with Libya, beginning from next April.

In a hearing with the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Tunisian Parliament, Chakchouk drew attention to the fact that the financial position of Tunisair Company was severely affected by the suspension of its flights with Libya.

He added that the Libyan market actually represents anything between 20% – 30% of Tunisia’s total revenue.
