The Chairman of the Board of Directors meets with representatives of KPMG and discusses the most important developments for the first phase of the project to develop the systems of the National Oil Corporation.

On Sunday, March 7, 2021, at the headquarter of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) in Tripoli, the Chairman of the board of director, Eng.Mustafa Sanalla have met with representatives of KPMG, the company with which a contract was concluded during the last period regarding the project of developing a comprehensive system for financial, administrative, human resources, marketing, manufacturing, exploration and production systems.
The meeting discussed the latest developments and stages reached by the team formed from both sides, and the observations contained in the reports prepared in particular, after several meetings were held remotely in the past days with various organizational levels in the NOC where some guidance was listened to from the Chairman of the Board of Directors in relation to the strategy of the National Oil Corporation in the next phase.
The NOC strives to introduce modern digital technology for all its financial, administrative and technical systems related to exploration, production, industrialization, international marketing and human resources, which will contribute to strengthening its global position, as the first sovereign entity in Libya to apply the concept of transparency and good governance, like the world’s largest energy companies.
By the side of NOC the meeting was attended by, The General Manager of finance, Mr. Abu al-Eid Salem, head of the team assigned by the National Oil Corporation, and the consultant Mohammed al-Basha, Project Manager in the study phase, and the rest of the team members from the NOC and by KPMG team responsible for conducting the study of the current situation for the purpose of developing the systems of the foundation, namely, Safwan bin Mohammed, Faraj Qaddour, Mohammed Bin Salem Meqhow, Shukri bin Mohammed, Mohsen Aroud, Hilal bin Fateh, Marwa Al-Hajj Amara, in addition to Mr. Abu Hussein Noura and Mr. Al-Shara.
