State airliner, Libyan Airlines, resumed flights to the Tunisian city of Sfax last Tuesday (15 December) after a 10-month hiatus, TAP Tunisian news agency confirmed.
It reported Sfax Airport Director saying the Libyan airliner will have two weekly flights from Tripoli’s Mitiga airport on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
It will be recalled that flights from Mitiga to Tunis resumed on 16 November after an eight-month stop due to the Coronavirus.
This followed on from the reopening of land border on 14 November within the Health Protocol agreed by the two countries on 21 October in Tunis.
