The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mustafa Sanallah, at the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation in Tripoli, on Wednesday 09 December 2020 AD, held an expanded meeting with the Minister of Planning in the Government of National Accord, Dr. Al-Taher Al-Juhaimi
