The Head of the Airports Authority, Mohammad Bait Al-Mal, has discussed with the Mayor of Traghan Municipality, Abd Al-Salam Shanqana, the mechanisms for implementing Resolution No.4 for the year 2020, issued by the Council of Ministers regarding the establishment of an airport in Traghan, southwestern Libya.
During the meeting, which was held in Tripoli on Monday, Shanqana provided Bait Al-Mal with the documents of the land on which the airport is to be established.
They agreed to address the concerned authorities to allocate the proposed state-owned land for the implementation of the project, in order to start conducting the necessary studies to implement it.
