The General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) held a meeting with the Tobruk Municipal Council to follow up the implementation of the Tobruk gas power plant project, in order to solve the obstacles and difficulties that hinder the project.
The meeting discussed ways to complete all technical procedures in preparation for starting the implementation of this vital project for Tobruk and its environs.
