The Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation has called on digital enthusiasts to join the Digital Champions Project, organized by the “We Code” Foundation, throughout the Arab world.

The ministry indicated in a statement yesterday that the program will be implemented in partnership with the Financial Facilities Fund.

“The project represents an opportunity for young people wishing to develop their digital skills,” the ministry explains. It also attached a link to register in the “We Code” platform for those wishing to take part.

The We Code has launched the “Building Capabilities with Google” program, with the view to address the growing skills gap in the region’s workforce and to help ensure that opportunities created by technology are available to everyone, according to a statement on its website.
