The National Oil Corporation supports the local efforts to complete the Diabetes Centre for Gasr Ahmed district in Misrata Municipality

Within the National Oil Corporation (NOC)’s efforts to support the health sector and promote the local self-help efforts, Chairman of the National Oil Corporation Eng. Mustafa Sanalla met on Thursday 19 November 2020 with Dr. Mohamed Salem Sanalla Acting Manager of Pharmacy Department at Health Ministry Bureau. The meeting focused on the National Oil Corporation’s contribution to complete the project of Gasr Ahmed Centre for Treatment of Diabetes Patients whose construction was started by self-help efforts. There was also a discussion on a proposal for constructing a rehabilitation centre for amputees as well as other issues of interest to the region.
NOC Chairman, Mr. Mustafa Sanalla, hailed the self-help efforts and contributions of good people to put the foundation of this health facility. Eng. Mustafa Sanalla explained that the National Oil Corporation supports and promotes such activities and initiatives and that the National Oil Corporation’s contribution in completing this good deed will help provide the best health services which are necessary for diabetes patients whether in the area of Gasr Ahmed, Misrata Municipality or in the adjacent areas in general.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Mukhtar Abduldaem Manager of Department of Sustainable Development and Mr. Ibrahim Khalifa Head of Following-up Section at Sustainable Development Department.
