The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mustafa Sanallah, met on Wednesday, November 4, 2020, at the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation in Tripoli (Al-Intisar Hall), with the Chairman of the Management Committee of Al-Sarir Company for Oil Operations, Mr. Fathi Issa, in the presence of the members of the Board of Directors of the Corporation, Abu Al-Qasim Shanqir, and Al-Amari Mohammed, and a member of the company’s management committee, Mr. Fathy Al-Qabbasi.
During the meeting, all the financial, technical and logistical aspects related to the company were discussed. The Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation gave their directives to the company’s management committee to speed up taking the necessary measures to restore production operations.
The attendees also discussed extensively the financial situation of the company, as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mustafa Sanallah, confirmed in this regard that the Foundation will provide the necessary support to the company, including the salaries of its employees, noting that the organization urgently and urgently needs the budgets required to carry out maintenance and overhaul operations in all Its locations, as well as for the implementation of successful projects that will generate the necessary funds that the Libyan state needs in light of the current economic conditions and the stifling financial crisis, which we will only achieve by liquidating the budgets needed by the oil sector, and for the corporation to be able to carry out its responsibilities and fulfill all its tasks, to support the national economy and advance it from New, preserved only source of income in Libya.
