Technical meeting between the National Oil Corporation and the Mabrouk Oil Operations Company

The technical meeting of the National Oil Corporation with the Mabrouk Oil Operations Company was held at the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, as part of the continuous and periodic follow-up of operating companies, and their keenness to develop existing fields and prepare new and affected fields to put them on production, despite all forms The exceptional challenges and circumstances the country is going through.

The first axis of the meeting focused on presenting the company’s activity In the field of health, safety and the environment, and the precautionary measures that it has taken to prevent the Corona pandemic (Covid 19) in its oil fields and sites, taking into account the safety standards that the Corporation considers among its priorities.

This was followed by a review of the company’s general reserves of oil and gas, in addition to the expected production rates of free oil and gas associated with the next ten years, the activities of developmental drilling, maintenance and repair of wells, and also discussed the approved budgets in particular, and the company’s goals and programs for the year 2021.

As for operations, maintenance and projects, the quantities of raw produced from the fields were reviewed, in addition to maintenance projects and their completion rates.
The last aspect of the meeting was devoted to reviewing the approved operational budget and actual expenditures in 2020 for Chapters I, II and III, in its regular and developmental parts.

The meeting was attended by the Chairman and members of the Management Committee of the Mabrouk Oil Operations Company, a number of departments concerned with the National Oil Corporation, and through closed circles representatives of the foreign partner
