An Afriqiyah Airways plane arrived at Benina International Airport on Friday morning, which departed from Mitiga International Airport, on the first scheduled flight from Tripoli to Benghazi within the last two years.

On board the flight was a delegation from the Afriqiyah Airways Company, along with airports and civil aviation authorities of the Ministry of Transport of the Government of National Accord (GNA).

The Media Office of the Airports Authority reported that the delegation would contribute to providing what was necessary for the re-operation of scheduled flights between both of these recognized international Libyan airports.
