Libya, Indonesia discuss economic, trade cooperation.

The CEO Deputy of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture in Tripoli, Naji Abu Halalah has discussed with the Chargé d’Affairs of the Embassy of Indonesia to Libya, Mohammad Amar Ma’ruf, joint cooperation, and development of work programs between the Chamber of Commerce in Tripoli and its counterpart in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Abu Halalah explained to Ma’ruf the work of Libya’s chamber of commerce and expressed the desire to open up new spheres of cooperation between the two chambers in order to enhance trade and economic exchange in favor of both countries.

Both sides agreed to further bilateral consultations and to organize exchange visits between delegations in the commercial and economic fields, especially by chambers of commerce and businessmen.

For his part, Ma’ruf confirmed his country’s readiness to open areas for communication and work on setting up joint programs between the two countries and the two chambers of commerce.
