The general meeting of the Company for the year 2019 was headed by NOC Chairman and held at NOC headquarters in Tripoli.
The company’s activity was reviewed during the year 2019 and the projects planned for implementation during the year 2020 were discussed. The most important challenges facing the Health and Safety Department, the Operations, Maintenance Department and other departments of the company as well as the proposed solutions to overcome these challenges were discussed.
The capital budget report, the operational budget for 2019 and the proposed budget for 2020, in addition to the report of the monitoring body were also discussed.
NOC Chairman and members of the Board of Directors praised the efforts made by the company’s management and its employees, stressing NOC’s full support to the management committee to implement the company’s programs for 2020 and its ambitious plan to drill in the marine fields, and achieve revenues for 2019 estimated at 145 million Libyan dinars, in addition to expected revenues for the coming year estimated at 177 million Libyan dinars despite the current circumstances, stressing the importance of communication and coordination between the companies of the sector and the need to adhere to environmental and safety programs and provide all amenities for workers.
The Chairman of the Management Committee of the Company expressed his thanks and appreciation for the support provided by NOC and its employees, which contributes greatly to overcome the difficulties faced and assitance in achieving its goals according to the development plan established in order to increase rates of Production.
