The Head of National Oil Company Mustafa Sun’allah has announced that the NOC will drill 31 off-shore wells and more than 40 on shore, saying that the Al Jouf Company will take part in the effort with the aim of raising production of some local companies, and introducing new technologies into the Libyan oil market. Al Jouf has announced profits amounting to 33 million LD, and said it managed to get a factory up and running again after years of stoppage.
