On 14 October 2019, a meeting was held between the National Oil Corporation and Brega Oil Marketing Company in the main meetings hall at NOC headquarters to discuss a number of technical issues affecting the work of the company.
The meeting was opened with a speech by Director General of the Petroleum Industries in NOC stressing the important role played by the company in providing the needs of the local market in the difficult circumstances experienced by the country. The meeting reviewed the company’s activities in 2019 in various departments and divisions, as well as the progress of implementation of investment projects approved technically and financially and proposed projects to be implemented in 2020, in addition to reviewing the most important difficulties faced by the company in the past period.
The meeting was attended by Director General of Petroleum Industries, Director of Planning and Studies Department, Director of Refining Department, Director of Marketing Accounts Department, Director of Health and Safety Department, some observers and specialists from NOC, Member of the Management Committee for Health, Safety, Environment and Sales, Director of Planning and Projects, Director of Occupational Health and Safety, Director of Industrial Security, Director of Technical Affairs, Director of Western and Southern Region, a number of Directors of Departments and specialists of the company.
