The Airports Authority has announced the start of the expansion and development of the passenger terminal at Mitiga International Airport.
The Authority clarified on Facebook that the company had commenced work after the adoption of designs by the Airport Authority.
The expansion, which will take three months to complete, includes the establishment of a passenger terminal for international flights’ departure with 18 new check-in counters, three international gateways for more than 750 passengers, and a section for passport control and inspection of bags and other facilities.
