NOC Chairman met the Minister of Local Government of the Government of National Accord on Sunday, 29.09.2019, at the headquarters of National Oil Corporation in Tripoli, to discuss aspects of cooperation between NOC and the Ministry in several fields and the challenges facing implementation of sustainable development projects.
The Minister commended the efforts of National Oil Corporation to maintain the livelihood of Libyans and their unlimited support to the municipalities, stressing the need to protect oil sites and workers to ensure the continuation of production.
NOC Chairman praised the need for continued cooperation between the Corporation and the Ministry of Local Government, especially with regard to the implementation of sustainable development programs in municipalities.
