Libyan Ambassador to Turkey, Abdul Razak Mukhtar said that the Turkish authorities have lifted the entry visa for Libyans over 55 and under the age of 18.

The ambassador clarified in press statements that Turkish authorities are also considering lifting the visa on Libyans completely, in the coming period.

The Turkish authorities have unilaterally imposed the visa on Libyans travelling to Turkey, despite the existence of an agreement to exempt the citizens of the two countries from the visa requirements.
