Spokesman for the Libyan Airlines, Mohamed Giniwah announced that the airline will reduce ticket prices by 7 percent for all flights.
Giniwah explained in a press statement that the decision came after the Presidential Council’s decree to reduce the fees imposed on foreign exchange sales from 183 percent to 163.
Libyan Airline has raised its ticket prices more than a double, following a decision to impose a tax on foreign exchange sales late last year.
