NOC is working uniformly without division between its administrations
NOC Chairman stated that the institution is working in Libya uniformly without any division between its administrations and the company has an ambition to increase production to two million and hundred thousand barrels. However, the war may delay implementation of the plan. He added that NOC exports its production to Italy, France, Austria, Spain, Latin American countries, China, and some of the traditional partners and deals only with strong partners, noting that it will open next week an office in Houston in order to facilitate the contracts with foreign companies in the region.
