Article (1)
Rules of executive regulation of Law No.(3) For 2005 regarding control supervision activity of insurance and attached texts with this decision are effective.
Article (2)
The cabinet decision No.(7) for 1971 in executive regulation for control and supervision of insurance activity and insurance companies in law No.(131) for 1970 to be cancelled and also any rule contradicts rules of this regulation.
Article (3)
This decision comes into effect from its issue, and to be published in code of procedure.
