1. Roads, bridges, dams.
   2. Marine constructions, quays, break waters, dry docks & storages.
   3. Construction of airports.
   4. Railways & stations.

   II- Electricity field:-

2. Installation & maintenance of electricity different stations”
3. Installation & maintenance of cables network of electric energy
   3. Installation of desalination plants

   III- Oil field:-

4. Oil exploration and its different means
   2. Inspection & analysis datas and studies.
   3. Drilling & maintenance of wells as well as installation 7 maintenance of equipments.
   4.All services related to drilling.
   5. Construction of tanks and stations for pipelines for oil & gas as well as maintenance.
   6. Construction of floating marine platforms for exploration of oil & gas
   7.Installation & maintenance of oil refineries & petrochemical plants.
   8. Marine transport services for materials, equipment & machineries for marine drilling.
   9. Removal of mines from oil fields.
   10. Inspection & survey of oil shipments.

IV- Communication fields:

1. Installation & maintenance of telecommunication system & stations.
   2. Installation & maintenance of stations & towers for telecom & air navigation.

V- Industry field:-

1.Installation & maintenance of plants.
2. Mining & exploration of minerals other than petroleum materials.
3. Construction & maintenance of ovens for plants.
4. Installation & maintenance of safety systems & industrial security.

VI- Survey & planning field:-

1. Survey & mapping for different means & purposes.
2. Engineering advices for cities planning.

VII- Environment protection field:-

1. Environment protection stations.
   2. Environment pollution treatment.
   3. Treatment of garbage & residues as well as conversion & construction of stations.
   4. Treatment of interference of sea water with interior water and maintenance of water network & stations.

   VIII- Computer field:-

Installation of computer system, manufacture, programming & maintenance.

IX- Technical & advisory studies:-

1. Studies & advices in information technology, telecommunications & control systems.
2. Supervision for executions of advices.
3. Technical & financial evaluation of Hugh schemes to assess value of the shares in the financial market.
4. Design of modern technology for Hugh schemes.

X- Health field:-
Installation, maintenance of medical equipments & machineries.

Article (2)

Decision no, (211) & (229) for 2004 are cancelled by adding judgment of decision no, (211) for 2004 and cancelling any law contradicting this decision.

Article (3)

This decision is valid from 9.1.2005 and to be published.
