NOC Chairman met the regional director of North Africa of Schlumberger Company and discussed plans to expand the company’s presence in the Libyan market and provide equipment related to the techniques of drilling and exploratory sites of oil operations as well as plans to increase production rates for the year 2018, Schlumberger’s contribution through a workshop to be held between the two parties in the near future to study everything related to drilling techniques
