Joint cooperation workshop between NOC and Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum in Cairo was attended by NOC member of the Board of Directors, heads of committees, general managers and specialists from a number of NOC subsidiaries and from the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum, the First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Petroleum and a number of specialists in Egyptian companies.
The workshop aims at reinforcing mutual cooperation, reviewing the opportunities available between the two countries, exchanging experiences and benefiting from human cadres and contributing in development of infrastructure of oil and gas sector in Libya as well as implementation of projects in the fields of manufacturing, refining, maintenance and training.
NOC board member stressed that NOC will open channels of communication and joint cooperation to achieve the objectives and interests of the two brotherly countries and thanked the Egyptian Minister of Petroleum for his continued support.
A number of Egyptian companies introduced their activities and proposed cooperation between the two countries in the oil and gas sector.
NOC presented the proposed projects, some industrial institutions, damaged fields and the study of its rehabilitation.
