NOC commended the Attorney General’s decision to issue arrest warrants for more than 144 smugglers in western Libya and affirmed its full and continuous support to the Office of the Attorney General for protecting the rights of Libyan people against the actions of criminals and thieves.
NOC board of directors will continue providing periodic reports and information on smuggling operations by criminal gangs to the Office of the Attorney General and expressed appreciation to the officials, prosecutors and investigators in the Office of the Attorney General for their extraordinary efforts in bringing criminals to justice.
These arrest warrants are a success at the local and international level and assure everyone that Libya will be rebuilt to become a modern country that respects the law and enjoys prosperity.
