Foreign Minister of Presidential Council, Mohamed Saiyal, held talks with his Turkish counterpart, Mevlut Cavusoglu, in Istanbul on Monday over the return of Turkish companies to Libya to complete the suspended projects.

During a meeting on the sidelines of the Turkey-Africa Second Ministerial Review Conference in Istanbul, Saiyal emphasized the need to bring back Turkish companies to Libya to complete the stalled projects including the infrastructure, construction and housing.

He pointed out that the value of contracts entrusted to Turkish companies amounted to $ 20 billion in 2010, which included supply and contracting in all fields of development and construction.
