Libyan citizens can now apply for2018-2019 Türkiye Scholarships for post graduate programs (master and doctoral) in between 5 February and 5 March 2018. Applications for the Türkiye Scholarships can only be made online through www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr.Candidates are required to submit/upload all the required information and documents through the application system. Applications made by post or by hand will not be accepted. Applicants must not be older than 30 years for master programs and 35 years for the doctoral programs. Language in post graduate programs at public universities is Turkish. For those who have no proficiency in Turkish language, one yearprepatory Turkish language courses will be available. Türkiye Scholarships cover transportation costs at the beginning and following the completion of the education program, registration fee as well as meals and accommodation expenses of scholarship holders.
There are no institution or person authorized for applications to Türkiye Scholarships. Candidates must submit their online applications on www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr in person. Candidates are strongly advised to carefully read the instructions and suggestions in the application system. Libyan candidates will be able to apply for graduate programs in between April 16 and May 27, 2018. Applicants for graduate programs must not be older than 21 years. A new announcement will be made when the application system is open to Libyan candidates for undergraduate programs.
