NOC Chairman met in London the Director General of Middle East and Asia Office of Energy at the US State Department and discussed means of cooperation and support for the oil sector in Libya in order to serve the objectives of NOC to address the problems of production and finding the necessary solutions as well as building the national human capacities in the fields of oil and gas.
