About the program

We believe in our Libyan youth, therefor we offer a special program for newly qualified graduates. We take a limited number of graduates each year and invest in a robust development program that gives exposure to each function within the Bank and its senior leaders.
The program will enhance your career, through structured learning including technical & soft skills courses, hands-on projects and tasks, continuous feedback and supportive colleagues. The program will give you the chance to grow and have impact in your chosen area within the Banking sector.
Applying Criteria:
– Newly graduates of Bachelor or High Diploma (2016 & 2017)
– Ability to communicate both in Arabic & English
– Positive Attitude, Ambition, & Self-Motivation.
– Passion for learning & self-development.
