A meeting was held in the presence of NOC Director of Human Resources Department, training department, managers of the training departments in oil companies, specialists in human resources and training departments.
The training programs related to oil and gas workers were discussed through NOC future vision to raise the efficiency and skills of employees and to develop the methods of work by development of targeted training programs in modernizing the mechanism of work professionally.
