A data analysis released by the Ministry of Finance showed that the total deficit of revenues approved for communications and fuel in the 2017 budget reached about 869.8 million dinars.
The Ministry of Finance’s statement on the financial arrangements for last year indicated that the shortfall of telecommunication revenues was noted to be 40%, at $ 244.8 million dinars, while the deficit in the revenues of fuel was around 70%, or $ 625 million dollars.
According to the ministry’s statement, local market revenues from the sale of fuel amounted to 275 million dinars, compared to 900 million dinars approved for this item, reaching a deficit ratio of 70% or 625 million dollars.
