Presidential Council deputy head, Turkish Ambassador discuss fate of abducted engineers

The Vice-Chairman of the Presidential Council, Ahmed Maitiq, met on Wednesday with the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Ahmet Dogan.

The two sides discussed latest developments of the fate of the kidnapped engineers of the Turkish company working on the Ubari power station.

A statement released by the Media Office of Presidential Council clarified that the meeting, which was held at the Presidential Council headquarters, discussed how Turkish companies would return to complete stalled projects in Libya.

Foreign engineers working at the Ubari gas powered station were  in early November. Their fate is still unknown.
