Al Serraj Meets Delegation of Arab Human Rights Organisation and National Human Rights Commission

The President of the Presidency
Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Serraj on
Wednesday met a delegation of the Arab Human Rights Organisation and
the National Human Rights Commission, as well as the civil society
Commission in Libya. Ahmed Hamza, member of the Presidency Council
was present at the meeting.
Issues and human rights files were discussed during the meeting.
The President of the Presidency Council was briefed on the
challenges facing civil society organisation in carrying out their
mission.
The President of the Presidency Council was honoured with the
Human Rights Defence Shield in recognition for his effort in defence
of human rights and public freedoms and also for his effort to
repatriate the displaced from Tawergha and others outside the
country.
