Libya named guest of honor at 23rd Turkish-Arab Economic Cooperation Forum.

Libya will be the guest of honour at the 23rd Turkish-Arab Economic Cooperation Forum, which is set to take place in Istanbul, as announced by the Government of National Unity (GNU).

The upcoming forum will feature over 150 specialized companies and more than 300 experts from various medical fields.

Deputy Prime Minister/ Minister of Health Ramadan Abu Janah attended the forum’s opening ceremony, including the second exhibition for medical and therapeutic tourism and the second exhibition for cosmetic care products and medical equipment. The event is organized by the Turkish-Arab Joint Cooperation Association, known as “Turab Expo.”

In his address, Abu Janah expressed his aspirations for the forum to successfully expand cooperation and partnership while enhancing innovation in the health sector among participating countries. He emphasized the importance of these efforts in improving health services and elevating the quality of life for citizens.

The opening session saw the participation of over 700 attendees, including Arab ambassadors and consuls in Turkey, heads of Arab and Turkish chambers of commerce, business leaders, doctors, and specialists in health and therapeutic tourism.
