NOC, Turkish TIPEC initiate talks on industry collaboration.

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) held discussions with representatives from Turkish firm ‘TIPEC’ at its HQ in Tripoli.

Chaired by Farhat Bengdara, the NOC explored potential cooperative ventures with Kenan Yılmaz, the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, in attendance alongside officials from ‘TIPEC’ and key directors from the technical departments of the NOC.

According to the NOC, the meeting addressed projects of mutual interest and pertinent topics within the oil and gas sector.

Both parties expressed a shared interest in bolstering economic ties, particularly in oil-related endeavours. NOC Head Bengdara also held sideline discussions with Ambassador Yilmaz to explore avenues for enhancing economic cooperation with Turkish entities across various sectors.
