Farhat Bengdara, the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), met with the local director of the Spanish company “Repsol,” Mikel Arkiaga, on Wednesday at the corporation’s HQ in Tripoli.
According to the NOC, Bengdara was briefed on Repsol’s plans and operations to ensure stability and increase of current production, along with sustainable development projects in cities neighbouring the oil fields in the south.
