A meeting was held this morning, Wednesday, March 6, 2024, at the National Oil Corporation building, between specialists from the technical departments of the Ministry of Oil and Gas and specialists from the technical departments of the National Oil Corporation, in the presence of Mr. Khalifa Abdel-Sadiq, member of the Board of Directors and the Minister of Oil and Gas (in charge), and the directors of the technical departments of the Ministry and the Corporation. .
During the meeting, the National Corporation’s developmental and exploratory drilling and well maintenance activities for the year 2024 were presented, and the Corporation’s plan to increase production from the fields of its operating companies.
At the end of the meeting, the plan proposed by the Corporation for the current year 2024 was agreed upon in principle, and the importance of increasing horizontal communication between the competent technical departments of the Ministry of Oil and Gas and the National Oil Corporation was also emphasized.
