Minister of Oil discusses with British Ambassador ways to increase Libyan production.

The Minister of Oil and Gas, Mohammed Aoun, has discussed with the British Ambassador to Libya, Martin Longden, ways to increase oil and gas production and ways to develop the sector.

Both sides discussed the ministry’s planned goals to reach the production and export of 2 million barrels, reviewing joint cooperation between the two countries to benefit from the training opportunities and experience gained in the oil and gas industry.

The Minister of Oil gave an overview of the most important activities of the sector and the role played by the Ministry of Oil and Gas in supervising and monitoring the sector to develop and improve its performance.
