The Libyan-Tunisian bilateral business meetings forum opened in Tripoli on Monday, under the slogan “Tunisian-Libyan Partnership and Integration to Access Global Markets”.

The two countries aspire to exceed trade exchange between them to more than $ 1.6 billion in 2025.

200 Tunisian and Libyan entrepreneurs participated in the forum, in the presence of the Tunisian Ambassador to Libya, Al-Asaad Al-Ajili, Assistant General Manager of the Tunisian Export Promotion Center, Riad Attia, and a number of officials from both sides.

Attia said that a delegation of about 50 male and female entrepreneurs from various fields of business attended a meeting with more than 130 Libyan institutions in various sectors, and this is an indicator that reflects the depth of the Tunisian-Libyan economic relations and represents a real activation of the old renewed economic partnership between the two countries.
