CBL head, Japanese official discuss cooperation in staff development field.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Sadek Elkaber, held talks with the Japanese Assistant Foreign Minister/ Director of the Middle East and Africa Department at the Japanese ministry, Kansuke Nagoka, on Wednesday that focused on Japan’s contribution to staff development programs for the CBL’s employees.

A statement by the CBL said the two sides exchanged views on many issues, including Japan’s contribution to staff development of the CBL employees and the banking sector in general, besides cooperation in the economic, trade, and investment fields.

The Japanese official began his visit to Tripoli on Tuesday, where he met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Unity, Najla Al-Mangoush, and Prime Minister, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah.
