Aoun, Tunisian Ambassador discuss the return of Tunisian oil companies to work in Libya.

The Minister of Oil and Gas, Mohammed Aoun, has discussed with the Tunisian Ambassador to Libya, Al-Assaad Ajili, cooperation with Tunisian companies and their return to work in the oil and gas sector in Libya.

Ajili reviewed the possibility of holding a workshop between the authorities concerned with the oil industry in the two countries, while Aoun stressed the importance of holding these meetings in Libya.

Aoun also stressed the state’s ability, with its expertise in the field of exploration and production, to provide technical and legal assistance to Tunisia, confirming the importance of Tunisia for the various activities of oil companies that run offshore operations.
