The Libyana Mobile Co. has said it had launched a project to upgrade services across areas of Khatt Al wadi to the Municipality of Ghat.
The Director of Information Technology in Al Ghrefa municipality Amer Gibrael told the Libyan news agency the upgrading project involved changing all old equipment, and supplying some stations with power generators, in anticipation of introducing the 4th generation technology to the region by July after maintenance of stations is carried out.
