NOC to implement plan to increase oil production to two million barrels per day>

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Farhat bin Qadara, has announced that the tripartite plan, in cooperation with companies operating in the oil sector, aims to bring Libya’s oil production to two million barrels per day.

This came in the tenth meeting held by the NOC’s Budget Follow-up Committee at the Cabinet Office, to review the plan to increase the country’s oil production, which is currently estimated at 1.163 million barrels per day.
