The Libyan-French Business Forum was launched in the capital, Paris, under the auspices of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, and organized by the Libyan-French Chamber of Commerce with the French employers’ Federation MEDEF.
The President of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, Mohammed Al-Raaed, stressed during his speech within the forum’s activities, the need to strengthen trade and economic cooperation with France, especially in the field of solar energy production, and to address the problem of high commodity prices in Libya.
Al-Raeed pointed to a slight development from the Libyan side with regard to the digital economy, pointing to the importance of intensifying joint cooperation between the two countries in this field.
