Cooperation protocol between Tripoli, Cairo chambers to increase intra-trade.

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture in Tripoli has signed a cooperation protocol with its counterpart in Cairo to increase trade exchange between Egypt and Libya and support bilateral economic relations during the next stage.

The protocol was signed during the visit of the Libyan commercial delegation to Cairo headed by the President of the General Assembly in the Tripoli Chamber, Nasser Hamza.

A statement by the Chamber of Commerce in Cairo said the agreement aims to strengthen bilateral ties between Libya and Egypt in various fields, including expanding mutual trade and investment.

The protocol also allows data and information exchange on market needs and investment opportunities available in both countries, besides organizing bilateral meetings between exporters and importers and establishing bilateral partnerships in various areas.
